These Boots Are Made For Walking

This year it started the cold season, getting our coats, gloves, hats out for this winter has been a challenge, but wait I think I have forgotten the boots. Boots have been key through out this year and the main attraction when popping into the high street. I bet your confused just like me when it comes to finding the right pair, which will last the snow, ice and cold. Well I have been looking at what most stores have displayed as the trend for this winter.

I've always stayed with the safe option UGG's when going out which are the most confortable pair of boots ever and last but are not formal for going to work or school with.
I've chosen a few shoes that are bang on trend but also look like an expensive shoe but in fact have just come from a high street store (that’s only for us to know). I've token inspiration from the Christian Louboutins long boots and short boots line.

The first shoe I will be talking about is the Chinese Laundry Leopard Shoe Boot. "Overall leopard print design with visible platform and stiletto heel. Mesh and chiffon ruffle front feature. Peep toe design". The leopard print design is similar to the Christian Louboutin Madame Butterfly pony leopard heels. Its a key piece for the party season and can be worn with any dress to give some colour into it. For example a black dress with the Chinese Laundry Leopard Shoe Boot. Simple but effective.

The second shoe I will be talking about is a classic Black stretch boot. Black mid high boot is a stylish, elegant boot which are similar to Christian Louboutin but without the big price tag. These boots have been a classic through out the previous years but has been forgotten. If you do have a similar pair wear them, make use of what you have got and be proud. There is no point getting something new when you have the same pair at home. Just dress them up with a dress and some tights or leggings for a work look, but don’t stick to the same black dress show some colour with a belt or necklace.

The final shoe I will be talking about is an ankle boot with a detailed zip. This boot shoe is excellent for the cold, winter party season. These shoes are platforms which are hard to walk in but practice makes perfect, personally I don’t wear heels often only on a special occasion because I like to be confortable when I’m out and about. I would love to wear heels often but they do hurt my feet and I can’t walk like a model but maybe some day I will be able to. I adore these shoes, as they are a timeless classic. If you have these shoes but in a different colour or style wear them.

Hope you liked the SHOES :D

Winter Style

Now the winter is here. Its getting colder than the day before, the heating in on and we all have to find the winter items quickly. Their is nothing wrong with using your coat from last winter but you can help is through the winter to look better than ever with a bit of colour, new buttons or accessorize.

I love my coat, just bought it in march from New Look for £35 pounds. Its above the knee, black and has brass buttons (Military Coat).

Their is a simular coat in new look for £35.00 from £49.00 called Twill Military Coat. In blue or red. As seen bellow.

The most stylish boots for the winter, the one and only UGG®. I bought 'UGG® Australia's womens Classic Tall boot as its one of their brand heritage styles'. The boots include real sheepskin which locks in the warmth whilst your walking in the cold. Choose from 6 colours, your spoilt for choice, to be fair. You know that your getting good quality boots that will last

Why not tie your outfit for the winter with a belt. I choose to pick a key colour, to make the outfit look planned but in fact i've had only 15 minutes. Whether you want to make the belt a key statement piece (Waist belts) or a subtle (Skinny belts). I chose to keep it simple as i want the boots to be one of the main focuses. The Tan Metal Link Skinny Belt which (leather) is perfect in my view.

Back to basic's

With makeup, trends come and go which are hard to keep up with. I have a big bag full of makeup, but really don't need all of it. I'm always looking for a way to keep my makeup bag small and compact, as I need space to put my books, phone, pencil case, planner, perfume and loads more items. I like to use the things I buy as often as I can. If I don’t like an item, I return it (Clothes and shoes), give it as a gift or give it to someone who will use it.

I have been asked by people, about makeup which they can take around with them whilst traveling or to school\work.

Shell Beauty Kit by BOBBI BROWN Bobbi Brown has a few different colours which will suit 'every skin tone'. One of my all-time favourite colour is brown\bronze for the eye shadow, as I want to achieve something which is 'classic' but bang on trend. I’ve been using this colour for more than a year.

Tortoise Shell Beauty Kit Set comes with limited edition Beach Shimmer Brick (.4 oz./10.3g), Toffee Creamy Lip Colour (.13 oz. / 3.8g), Rose Gold Shimmer Lip Gloss (.14 oz./ 4.2g), Black Ink Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner (0.1 oz./ 3g), Black Extreme Party Mascara (.21 fl. oz./ 6 ml), and includes mini Ultra-Fine Eyeliner Brush and mini Face Blender Brush.

Price $80 (One Kit To Use All Year Round)

Look in a box by MAC

I want to be able to achieve a look all in one place, it’s a soft look (Pinks and Peach) with a smoky eye effect (Black and Silver), features Dazzle Lash, two Eye Shadows, Eye Kohl, Lipstick and Lip-gloss.

This set has everything you need, the eye shadows achieve a Smokey eye effect but I like to wear one or the other as a solid block colour. I bought this set as it’s a natural look kit which doesn't mean you have to be perfect with a makeup brush, just keep it simple and stylish. You'll get there in time. Lash/Brow Perfector BY NO7

When you have no time to get your eye brows done, this will keep every hair in place, the tip is to apply it on your eye brows before makeup, and to your eye lashes before make up or use as directed with no makeup. My eye brows grow, I hate when one hair just sticks out. This will get it sorted. Customers love this but only use it for weddings.

It contains a 'gel which when used to tame and set unruly brows for a polished look or used on lashes for natural definition.'

Customers who have bought this have loved it from day 1.No 7 Brow and lash perfector

Fashion and what it means to you

"Fashion is creative, seductive, always changing and a form of art, to others it is a religion. To me I use fashion to express myself and also to show my personality but also look glamorous. I mostly like the 1920s style because it's the time when women were more liberated to wear what they wanted, the freedom was expressed through simple but yet elegant designs that were beautifully co-ordinated that were accessorised with jewellery and represented the style and elegance of that time."

"The continued self-reinvention of the fashion world, and the fast pace at which it evolves, manifests itself in the pages of our magazines, newspapers and on our computer screens. Fashion is a way of communicating the work of various designers and creative to the world. Thus becoming the mouthpiece for an industry which holds the ability to encapsulate the voice of a whole generation, movement or emotion in a single garment or photograph."

"The way in which an ensemble of words or a single item of clothing can instantaneously persuade the masses never fails to intrigue me."

I have took these from website (I did not write these as these are your views)
This shows me that people are passionate not only about fashion, about what they love to do. Try your best to do well because if it does not work out you can say I’ve tried it or you can practice till your perfect. An example of this is when you have to do an exam, you have to find a way in which you can revise. If you need help just ask, if you’re shy then go on Google and see a form.

It allows you to express your feeling, people think that you have no style but you do. Even if you’re wearing last season’s dress, you don't have to follow the trend be it. Whatever looks good on you pull it off and show them you can do as you please, and make fashion change.

How to get inspiration, music videos, magazines or TV shows mainly. Don't think that the girl in the magazine is perfect and I want to be exactly like her. Sometimes it better to be yourself, I meant that from the bottom of my heart. I choose items I like and see if I can either get the same style, colour.

The motto, I keep to is "something old, something borrowed, something on trend and something new!" by Maziie (Hope you like it: D).

Funky Trainers

Since school is starting around the corner. There has always been elements of fashion in the school uniform some how, one way us students could revamp our PE kits would be to have the best trainers. I had different trainers every year, which was costly but I never knew this at the time.

Now I have a load of trainers that I don't use or have grown out of. Since then I have chosen Hi-Tops which would stay in fashion and always look amazingly colourful. I had a choice of either sticking to Nike, Reebok, DC or Adidas. Maybe finding a Boutique or a small business which focuses on trainers for teenagers.

These are my top 5 Trainers
  • Brookhaven Sherbert - (£20.00-£42.00 at JD)

  • Reebok Ultralite - (£25.00-£50.00 at JD)

  • Superga boysenberry - (£20.00-£39.99 at Office)

Other Colours

  • Puma Xeon Mesh Womens Running Shoes - (£29.99-£34.99)

I chose these as they are at affordable prices, known brands and each of these caught my attention. I hope you grab a good deal. I allways find the style I like then go from their. From colours to brand.
